THE BRIEF
Deal or no Deal is a TV game show run at prime time on TV3. Viewers are asked to enter a competition to guess which case contains a thousand dollars. Viewers SMS their answer to a short code number to be in to win the prize.
THE SOLUTION
Sonic Mobile deployed its Competition Engine working in real time, reporting the success of the competition as it was running. A winner is randomly selected and announced live at the end of the show.
RESULTS
The competition was extremely successful, attracting an average of 90,000 entries each week in the one-hour slot.
