THE BRIEF
Vodafone Live/AA came to Sonic Mobile asking us to analyse their business for opportunities to improve their customer service through the use of mobile.
SOLUTION
Sonic Mobile deployed a Mobile Content Engine with realtime access to traffic cameras in VLIVE and via SMS. This means we gave Vodafone Live/AA customers real time images from live cameras, enabling them to be informed about traffic volumes, giving them a great service and a smooth trip home.
RESULTS
45,000 views through out the year of 2007, phase two deployment of streaming video and nationwide service.
